Adapt becomes technical production partner to Nacka Strand Meetings & Events
Adapt and Nacka Strand Meetings & Events have entered into a cooperation where Adapt will be the technical production partner at the facility. In the building, Adapt will have its own warehouse and staff and will service the entire facility with both equipment and expertise. All facilities will be equipped with new technical solutions that can be easily adapted for different types of projects: events, conferences, fairs and parties. As a production partner, Adapt will be available to anyone booking the premises and will be responsible for the practical and technical aspects of the projects.
Just outside Stockholm, Nacka Strand Meetings & Events is housed in a historic industrial factory building dating from the end of the 19th century. The high brick walls, white concrete floors and rough iron beams accommodate around 7,000 square metres of event space. The space is divided into both larger event halls and smaller conference rooms that can be used for all kinds of projects: trade shows, conferences, parties, launches and film shoots, as well as of smaller meetings and work in break-out rooms.
Nacka Strand Meetings & Events is Stockholm's third largest event facility and can easily accommodate thousands of visitors simultaneously thanks to its large and flexible space.
Technical resource for the whole facility
The new cooperation with Nacka Strand Meetings & Events means that Adapt will act as a technical partner for the entire facility. Adapt will be a production resource for anyone who conducts their projects on the premises.

Adapt has 3D-scanned the entire facility to make it easy to plan and visualise projects on the premises in a scaled and realistic way. The 3D scan, combined with the fact that a foundation of equipment is pre-installed in the premises, means that a project will be quick to plan, build and dismantle.
In the basement of the facility, Adapt will open a technology warehouse with equipment for rental to both Nacka Strand and external customers. It will be possible to pick up and drop off pre-booked equipment 24 hours a day.
A fully equipped event facility
The collaboration with Adapt is an important step in the development of Nacka Strand Meetings & Events. Together with partners in food, beverage, furniture, concepts, event production and entertainment, the facility will now be able to provide a complete offering to customers who require a turnkey solution.
