URSA Broadcast is a 4K camera that fits just as well in a multi-camera production as recording reports and news. Thanks to its smooth size but high quality, it works very well for live productions in event and broadcast projects.

The camera has a 2/3" sensor and comes with lens mount for B4 lenses. If you want to use lenses with a different grip, it is possible to change the lens setting to fit ef, PL or F-mount. The camera is equipped with 4K sensor of 2/3 inch which is 13.056mm x 7.344 mm and adapted to work together with lenses with B4 mount. Thanks to the smaller sensor, compared to the URSA Mini Pro, a longer depth of field is obtained, which makes it easier when recording reports where it can be difficult to put the focus just right. The sensor has a 12-step dynamic range.

On the side of the camera is an information display that shows, among other things, ISO value, white balance, time code, aperture value and sound level. The screen is monochrome and has backlighting which makes it easy to read in different lighting conditions.

To complement the two built-in microphones, the camera has 2 XLR inputs for sound. These can be set between microphone or line signal and digital audio via AES.

The camera has a headset connection for 3.5 mm tele that allows you to connect a telephone headset to communicate with the other people during a multi-camera production.
