Recording in studio as Matchi wanted to create interest in padel in the UK

In promoting their digital booking service, Matchi also wanted to stimulate interest in padel in the UK. They therefore conducted an in-studio recording with us at Adapt. The studio included representatives from Matchi as well as several experts who participated via link. The recording was published on the website where anyone could access it at any time and from anywhere.

No one has failed to notice padel trends that swept over Sweden in recent years. Padel courts have sprung up everywhere where friends, colleagues and families can play with each other. Matchi is an established website and app in Sweden for booking available padel times. Their aim is also to increase interest in the sport internationally. That's why they did an in-studio recording with us at Adapt. The actual recording took place in our Gothia Studio in Gothenburg. The aim was to create greater awareness of padel in the UK while informing people about their app and website.

The paddle experts participated via a link

Matchi made a studio recording so that he could speak directly to the target audience. Their intention was to spread knowledge and awareness of the sport as well as inform about how to use the app and website. That is, how to find and book available times and padel courts. The studio was joined by a moderator and three other representatives from Matchi. They also had several experts on the link. For example, a padel coach participated directly from the UK who talked about how padel has developed there in recent years. Also speaking was a representative from the Swedish Tennis Federation in Båstad and another padel professional from the UK.

Recording in a studio provides security

Matchi conducted a recording in the studio as if it were live. It's common to choose recording over live broadcasting because it offers more security for those who are not used to being in front of the camera. Of course, this also gives the opportunity to edit and polish the content afterwards. Instead of livestreaming, they published the recording a week or so later directly on their website. Anyone who wanted to could watch it via a standard web browser. It's great to be able to make an in-studio recording of such a popular and well-known sport.
