ProAct summarises its project in a live streamed event from Adapt's Gothia Studio

For the organisations ABF, Coompanion, the Swedish Sports Confederation and the self-employment cooperative Smart Coop, the pandemic has created a need to increase digital skills among staff. When it was time to summarise the project, they chose to do so through a live-streamed event from Adapt Gothia Studio in Gothenburg.

ProAct is an initiative financed by the European Social Fund where more than 550 employees have received training in digital working methods. When ProAct wanted to hold its final conference, it did so in the form of a live-streamed event from Adapt Gothia Studio in Gothenburg.

MANY EXCITING TOPICS WERE DISCUSSED DURING THE DAY

With the pandemic came, digital meetings and working from home became the norm. The purpose of the ProAct project is to highlight the importance of learning to handle digital tools in the non-profit sector. The goal of the project is to educate employees to the level that they themselves are involved in driving digitalisation in their areas. Since this is a digitalisation project, ProAct chose to conduct the final conference as a live-streamed event.

For half a day, the participants took part in exciting lectures that included a glimpse into the future. In panel different aspects of the good and bad sides to digitalisation were discussed. Viewers were also invited to look back from the start of the project to where it is today. To guide us through the day, moderator Åsa Lindell was present in the studio. Åsa guided the viewers through all the highlights of the day and, as usual, did a fantastic job.

Using three fixed robotic cameras and a camera operator who controlled them from inside the control room, the speakers could move between a standing position for lectures and a seated position for panel discussions. Åsa asked relevant questions that the panel discussed in a calm and comfortable environment.
