Discrimination policy

These are important rights and values that we cherish. Below is our discrimination policy.

Adapt based on everyone's equal value and shall take advantage of all employees' competences and have a fair distribution of power and influence regardless: gender, ethnicity, disability, religion or other beliefs, sexual orientation, transgender identity or expression age.

Adapt's corporate culture shall be characterised by: an open climate in which all employees should be treated and valued equally and have rights, obligations and opportunities. This applies in full to all Grounds.

All employees have equal responsibility to: work to Adapt should set an example when it comes to being a company who value all people equally. This applies both outside our industry.

Our ambition is that our work towards discrimination in all its forms should be an active work in our companies in all organisational levels. It should be encouraged and supported by our management and integrated into our work with, for example, recruitment, work environment work, employee interviews and it should be followed up regularly.

In general – and in particular on issues of gender equality and diversity – it is our aim to: Adapt has a good representation and discrimination policy that reflects society and our ideals in terms of employees, managers and management, over time.

It is the responsibility of each company manager to ensure and quality assure the work against discrimination and for gender equality and diversity. The Company's Board of Directors has a special responsibility to set concrete goals for the work and will ensure that the work is run and developed in a good way.
