... Victoria Hall at Stockholmsmässan! An efficient and super flexible venue with retractable stands fully equipped with AV equipment and an impressive 18×5m LED screen providing endless possibilities. Conference by day - dinner by night - no problem! (The same smart stand system is actually also available at our partner Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre Gothia Towers in Gothenburg!)
This is what it looked like last week when we got to help Creative Meetings and Folktandvården with their event that was held in parallel with Swedental. Two intense days where it alternated between conference during the day and dinner in the evening. During the event, our large LED screen was used in the best possible way (content is king - nicely produced by Creative!) with full-coverage background images, recessed PiP boxes for presentations and multi-camera production on the sides. A solution that provided both dynamics, clarity and a really nice whole in the room.
