An efficient and highly flexible venue featuring retractable grandstands, fully equipped with AV technology and an impressive 18 × 5 m LED screen, offering endless possibilities. Conference by day – dinner by night – no problem! (The same innovative grandstand system is also available at our partner, Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers in Gothenburg!)
This is how it looked last week when we had the privilege of assisting Creative Meetings and Folktandvården with their event, which was held concurrently with Swedental. Two intensive days that alternated between daytime conferences and evening dinners. During the event, our large LED screen was utilized to its fullest potential (content is king – excellently produced by Creative!) with full-coverage background visuals, embedded Picture-in-Picture (PiP) windows for presentations, and multi-camera production on the side screens. This solution provided both dynamism, clarity, and a truly cohesive aesthetic within the venue.
