Adapt was founded 30 years ago in Bengtsfors, Dalsland. Today, we deliver solutions for global events worldwide, encompassing everything from meetings and trade fairs to exhibitions and permanent technical installations.

Adapt is a Scandinavian production company with a robust international network. With over 30 years of experience in events, experiences, and trade fairs, we are currently a partner to several of the Nordic region's largest meeting and event venues.

Operating from our bases in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Linköping, we employ over 50 permanent staff members. Collectively, our companies generate an annual turnover of approximately 160 MSEK.

What distinguishes us from both traditional agencies and equipment companies is our integrated approach to both events and trade fairs, with all resources consolidated in-house – including design, project management, equipment, graphic production and printing, client material storage, and logistics. This provides us with complete control over the entire project, enabling us to operate efficiently and sustainably.

Our story

Our founders, Jonathan and Viking, met over 30 years ago as classmates in Bengtsfors, Dalsland. They began organizing discos for younger students and quickly discovered a shared passion – designing and creating experiences for guests. A small sound system soon expanded, one smoke machine became two, and the modest trailer was eventually replaced by a truck. This trajectory has continued ever since.

Even then, the foundation was laid for what still defines our operations – creating impactful experiences through equipment, creativity, and dedication. The business rapidly evolved from smaller assignments to more advanced event and exhibition production, and throughout the 2000s, Adapt grew into a comprehensive provider of audio, lighting, and video solutions for both national and international clients, with a clear focus on quality and execution.

Today, we deliver solutions to global brands and international events, while continuously developing our operations with a focus on innovation and experience design – ranging from physical meetings and trade fairs to digital and hybrid productions where equipment and concepts converge to create impact.
