1,500 guests gathered in the F-Hall at Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers as the Automässan concluded with Autoexperten's traditional customer and partner event. Over the past five iterations, we have been entrusted with delivering a comprehensive technical solution for the evening.
In collaboration with the agency Brandworks, we developed the stage design and technical framework for the 'Drive Through Time' theme – a visual and musical journey through various eras. The project commenced with 3D design and visualization to ensure the appropriate ambiance in the grand hall, optimize sightlines for all guests, and establish a cohesive overall concept for all project stakeholders.
Adapt was responsible for the entire technical production, encompassing audio, lighting, and video solutions, stage design, and staffing. In a large-scale environment such as the F-Hall, precision in planning and execution is crucial for ensuring both reliability and an exceptional experience. As a comprehensive provider of design, equipment, and personnel, we ensured a seamless and visually impactful execution – allowing the evening's 1,500 guests to experience a cohesive theme from the first cue to the final song.
