Stockholmsmässan

When the ECCO Congress was held at Stockholmsmässan, 8,000 participants from around the world gathered for four intensive days.

Together with ECCO and the production team at Stockholmsmässan, Adapt was responsible Adapt the entire AV technical setup—from planning and design to implementation and on-site operation.

The project essentially covered the entire facility, including stages and technical solutions in all main halls, the Victoria Hall, and 12 breakout rooms. The project was carried out by a team of approximately 60 on-site technicians, with a focus on operational reliability, flexibility, and a consistent experience for all participants.

In Plenary Hall A, which seats 5,500 attendees, we delivered a wide-screen projection solution consisting of a 24 x 5.5-meter main screen, supplemented by several auxiliary screens to ensure optimal visibility throughout the venue. The solution also included digital lecterns and panel tables, creating a flexible stage setup suitable for both keynotes and panel discussions.

At Victoriahallen, our permanent 18 x 5-meter high-resolution LED screen was used as both a backdrop and a presentation surface for a large number of sessions. In addition, we provided full technical production and staffing for 12 additional breakout rooms of varying sizes.

Thanks to careful planning, close collaboration with the client and venue, and an experienced technical team, the project was carried out efficiently and according to plan—with high technical quality in every aspect of the production.
