It's not just anyone who gets to work on Adapt. We carefully select our staff and train those who work with us for a long time before they take on leading roles in a project. To work with us, it is not enough just to be a good technician, you must also be able to see and understand the big picture and have a deeper understanding of the end result. The projects we work on are often the dissolution of a preparatory work that has been going on for a long time and everyone who works on it must understand the importance of delivering to the maximum.
