In a slightly crazy week with fully booked studios in Stockholm and Gothenburg, it was extra fun to receive Stena Recycling in Göteborgs Studio Large. For the second year in a row, we had the honor and mission to produce their annual Chefsdagar.
Stena Recycling works with recycling and circular solutions and was founded back in 1939. In Sweden, the company currently has 1600 employees at 90 plants that handle over three million tons of material every year.
At the conference, the company's managers gathered to take a trough of everything from business and business strategy to inspiring lectures, awards and honorary appointments. About ten participants in the studio informed and inspired participants to remotely manage managers all over Sweden.
The digital meeting is unbeatable for connecting a company with a spread business. To be able to inform, inspire and discuss with your employees – without having to travel – counts as business critical today. It saves a lot of time, money and not least: it minimizes one's environmental impact.
