Adapt's project managers and technicians carry out technical planning of equipment and technical solutions for all kinds of projects; events, live broadcasts, fairs and installations.
The work involves technical detailed planning, production plan, booking and planning of technicians, development of different types of drawings and documentation, and specification of the equipment needed in a project.
Our technical staff is also involved in leading the work on site during the project's implementation.
Technical project management
Our technical project managers have extensive experience of working with both temporary and permanent solutions in all kinds of locations; hotels, event venues, arenas, congresses and festivals. It equipment we use to create experiences can in most cases be installed on any surface. Our project managers' job is to ensure that the right equipment and staff are used and work for your project.
Technical drawings and documentation
An important part of the technical project management is to create clear documentation and drawings for the installation. We use both 3D and 2D drawings as tools when creating our substrates.
- 3D drawings used to visually display the idea, solution and what the final result will look like.
- Master drawings typically do in 2D, such as CAD format, to display an overall technical image of an installation.
- Rig drawings are used to plan in detail how equipment is to be assembled, for example from a roof, and how it should be connected. The drawings are technical and are made in both 3D and 3D formats.
- Design drawings are made in a technical 3D format, such as CAD or SketchUp, to show how different components and constructions should be assembled and functioned.
