Adapt welcomes Hagström as the new Key Account Manager, responsible for developing client relationships and facilitating the sales and rental of event and conference equipment.

What did you do before entering the Adapt world?
“I worked as a technical project manager for another audio, lighting, and video supplier. Prior to that, I was a lighting designer/technician, so I have always had a foothold in the equipment industry.”

What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
“Meeting all colleagues nationwide and enhancing their events! And, of course, contributing to making every project as seamless and comprehensive as possible.”

What is your primary ambition at Adapt?
“I aim to become 'the go-to guy' for technical dry hire. When someone requires something for their event, their first thought should be: 'I'll call Andreas at Adapt – he always delivers!'”

How will clients notice your arrival at Adapt?
“Clients will experience faster feedback and a dedicated individual always prepared to identify the optimal solution for their event. Crucially, you will have someone with whom you can brainstorm all your innovative ideas.”

What is your preferred Friday evening meal?
“I appreciate spicy cuisine! However, with three young children at home, it typically involves minced meat sauce and pasta. It's a suitable option for the entire family!”
