Your Fastest Path into the Industry
Welcome to a trainee program that’s out of the ordinary. At Adapt , we believe in building careers from the ground up through hands-on experience and genuine trust. Over the course of a year, you’ll dive right into the heart of major trade shows and events. You’ll combine hands-on training with theoretical knowledge, earn valuable certifications in Adapt, and be guided every step of the way by a personal mentor.
This is not an unpaid internship or a temporary position. You’ll be paid from day one, and your pay increases are completely transparent: for every quarter you complete and as you grow in your role, your pay will increase—from the starting level as an apprentice all the way up to your final quarter as a team leader.
A Structured Year for Your Development
The program is divided into four distinct stages, in which you develop your skills and take on more responsibility step by step:

Introduction
Quarter 1
You'll lay the foundation by learning about setup, material handling, safety, and basic sound and lighting technology.

Independence
Quarter 2
You’ll start working more independently, handling equipment, building booths, and helping with setup and teardown on site.
3
Specialization
Quarter 3
You’ll choose your specialization in sound/lighting, setup, logistics, or event production and take on greater personal responsibility in the projects.
4
Leadership
Quarter 4
You’ll be prepared for a future leadership role by leading small teams, planning timelines, and maintaining direct contact with customers.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced, action-packed environment. You don’t need to have extensive prior experience in the industry—what matters most to us is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your readiness to seize opportunities when they arise.

This is your chance to get off to a flying start in the industry. The goal after completing and passing the program is crystal clear: a permanent position with us as a team leader, technician, logistics specialist, or LED installer. After the program, doors will also open for you to delve deeper and further develop your skills in audio, lighting, and video equipment , or take the next step toward production and project management. For those with exceptional drive, there’s also the option of a fast track to a permanent position even sooner.
