We are looking for someone who can organize and develop our operations while creating new business opportunities. As Operations Manager, your role is to lead and develop our warehouse and logistics operations, as well as the commercial side of the business. Therefore, it is important that you understand and master these areas from the perspectives of efficiency, quality, and profitability. You bring with you knowledge and experience of delivery flows and what excellent service, effective management, and business development entail.

The overall perspective on the organization

To succeed in the role of Operations Manager, we believe you are accustomed to taking overall responsibility, are organized, and are goal-oriented. You can take a broad perspective and identify where the business needs to be strengthened, as well as how it can change and evolve to create new opportunities. It is also important that you have the ability to collaborate and lead, both yourself and others. Your interpersonal skills will therefore be crucial, and you understand that the foundation of good and effective collaboration is built on clear communication and mutual respect. This is because the role involves working closely with our other companies, our management team, Adapt’s team in Linköping, and our operations manager for warehousing and logistics.

The position of Operations Manager is full-time and located in Linköping, where our warehouse is situated. The warehouse is central to our rental and logistics operations, supported by skilled and professional staff specializing in audio, lighting, and video, who serve Adapt's diverse clients and numerous external customers. Consequently, experience and interest in technical equipment, products, and rental services are considered a significant advantage.
