The Creative and Responsible Leader
We are currently seeking a Client Account Project Manager for Exhibition Stands to join our Stockholm team. Our ambition is to consistently deliver excellence and meet, preferably exceed, our clients' expectations. This necessitates a creative mindset, a propensity for generating innovative ideas, and a keen sense of design. These attributes are essential for visualizing and developing compelling concepts while effectively promoting our tailored solutions.
As a Client Account Project Manager, you will serve as our external representative. The role also encompasses sales activities and engaging with clients to present our offerings. Concurrently, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Therefore, we prefer candidates with experience in both sales and project management, accustomed to driving projects from inception to completion. Experience within the exhibition and display industry is, of course, an added advantage.
Creating Value with Your Team
The role involves leading and executing projects in collaboration with Adapt's team of producers, technical project managers, and other specialists. These projects entail designing, producing, and delivering audiovisual solutions for physical meetings, events, trade shows, exhibitions, and permanent technical installations.
To excel in this role, you must be capable of comprehending and realizing our clients' visions. Your ability to lead and coordinate efforts will be paramount. Consequently, you must be adept at prioritizing and planning resources, including staffing, establishing timelines, and managing budgets. Naturally, you understand the critical importance of effective communication and consistently strive to ensure client confidence and satisfaction throughout the entire process.

This is a full-time position. Your work will be autonomous and independent, based in Stockholm. And, we require your expertise quite urgently!
