Do you possess a technical background in expo or event management, or perhaps both? We are experiencing rapid growth and require you as a crucial new asset to our already robust team. You thrive in an autonomous work environment and are adept at managing the technical aspects of expo projects. Furthermore, you are enthusiastic about contributing to the development of Sweden's leading expo and event company!

You are both meticulous and efficient. You excel at managing timelines, making bookings, planning deliveries, scheduling and leading construction personnel, adhering to budgets, and ensuring all quality and safety requirements are met. You are deeply involved from the early stages of a project, remaining on-site throughout its duration, right up to completion and follow-up. You genuinely enjoy being the central coordinator and take pride in anticipating all potential questions and concerns.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Easyjob are considered advantageous.

This is a full-time position. While your work offers autonomy, we prefer you to be based in Gothenburg, where we collaborate extensively with Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers. You will likely undertake some travel, primarily within Sweden. We require your immediate availability for this role!
