We are currently seeking a Technical Production Manager to collaboratively shape the future of events with us, both within and beyond Sweden.
About the Role:
As a Technical Production Manager at Adapt, you will lead and drive the technical planning and execution of our audiovisual projects. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive technical solutions encompassing audio, lighting, visual, and exhibition equipment, ensuring appropriate staffing, and managing drawings and technical documentation. Your role involves close collaboration with our equipment warehouse and partners to coordinate equipment bookings and logistics. You will also support our account managers and project managers with your technical expertise to generate precise quotations and documentation.
Candidate Profile
- You possess extensive experience as a technician or in technical planning within audio, lighting, and visual equipment.
- You have a genuine interest in equipment and how it can be utilized to create memorable experiences in events, concerts, and exhibitions.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the event, concert, or exhibition industry.
- You value order, planning, and structure, considering them crucial for success.
- You communicate fluently and effortlessly in spoken and written English (Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement).
- You possess extensive experience in working with software capable of creating and managing various types of construction and rigging drawings.
- You currently reside in or intend to relocate to Sweden, preferably in the vicinity of Stockholm, Linköping, or Gothenburg.
