The Execution Specialist
We are currently recruiting two Technical Project Managers for Exhibition Stands – one for our Stockholm team and one for Gothenburg. In this pivotal role at Adapt, you will serve as the backbone of our project execution. Upon client agreement by the project manager, your primary responsibility will be to implement and deliver the project. This involves structuring and materializing concepts and ideas. Consequently, experience in similar work and a track record of managing projects from inception to completion are highly valued. Furthermore, experience within the exhibition and display industry is a significant advantage.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the on-site execution and delivery. This involves planning all technical and practical work, ensuring that our exhibition stands are constructed, operated, and dismantled securely and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Adapt's client-responsible project managers, who bear overall accountability for our projects and clients, and with our domain-specific experts in audio, lighting, video, and expo, who will provide support for technical solutions.
You bring substantial technical competence, allowing you to accurately assess the technical feasibility and efficacy of solutions. Your responsibilities also include the creation of drawings and visualizations, alongside ensuring precise and accurate project planning. Furthermore, you inherently understand the critical importance of strong collaboration and clear communication with all project participants, particularly our clients.
In brief, your role entails:
- Provide support and collaborate with other team members, including account managers, producers, and technical specialists.
- Develop technical solutions, concepts, and cost estimates.
- Plan and book technical equipment and personnel resources, both external and internal.
- Supervise and motivate technical personnel throughout the entire project process.
- Book and manage equipment within our EasyJob warehouse and logistics system.
- Ensure effective, relevant, and frequent communication within projects.
- Follow up on, analyze, and provide feedback on completed projects.
- To proactively and inquisitively contribute to the development of the company and our operations.

This is a full-time position, offering autonomy and independence in your work. You will be based in either Stockholm or Gothenburg, contingent on the team you join. Furthermore, we are seeking to fill this role with immediate effect!
