Effective July 1, 2025, Adapt will serve as the in-house partner at Stockholmsmässan, the Nordic region's premier venue for congresses and events. Boasting over 70,000 square meters of event space and a capacity for 30,000 visitors, this partnership will unlock entirely new opportunities to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients executing projects in Stockholm.
This agreement represents a significant milestone for Adapt, strengthening our presence in the capital while simultaneously contributing to Stockholmsmässan's evolution as one of Sweden's leading meeting and event venues.
Adapt is now a partner to Sweden's two largest meeting facilities — the highest commendation we could receive! For the past eight years, we have maintained a close collaboration with Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers in Gothenburg, one of Europe's largest fully integrated meeting venues. This partnership has demonstrated the significant value generated when our specialized expertise in event and exhibition production is combined with a venue's local knowledge and capabilities.
