This is where it happens. The heart of our operations. Our logistics hub in Linköping, filled with equipment and gear, serves as our client material storage and project preparation facility.
Annually, our warehouse processes over 1,500 distinct orders and approximately 30 projects per week, ranging from the rental of a single LED screen to dispatching 6 fully loaded trailers across Europe.
To consistently ensure that the correct items are delivered to the right location, all equipment is QR/RFID-tagged. When packing and loading for a job, equipment is scanned out, and upon its return, it is scanned back in. This method allows us to continuously track the location of our equipment and optimize its utilization.
Our client material storage operates similarly. Equipment is registered into our system, enabling our clients to independently book items for their various projects and monitor their usage. We ensure that all items are checked out, checked in, and maintained between projects.
