Enento creates a unique world-class hub meeting with our Cinema Connect concept

The company Enento held a big hub meeting and with the help of cinemas they connected their employees around the Nordic region. The broadcast offered a mix of inspiring talks, lectures and pre-recorded material. In the various lounges, participants could sit back in comfortable armchairs and enjoy a cinema experience that was out of the ordinary.

Together with the communication agency Koncept & Event, we have completed a fantastic project with our concept Cinema Connect. On behalf of their client Enento we produced a conference in the form of a large hub meeting. Around 450 of their employees across the Nordic region participated. The broadcast originated from our Studio Large on Västmannagatan in Stockholm and was subsequently streamed to cinemas in the three capitals of Oslo, Stockholm and Helsinki.

An environmentally friendly alternative

Communications agency Koncept & Event contacted us at Adapt with the task of creating a large conference for their end customer Enento. The reason for this was that the company has grown both in the number of employees and offices through a merger with other operations around the Nordic region. The original idea was to create a physical gathering, but considering both the economy and the environment, the organisers decided to use our Cinema Connect concept instead.

A cinema visit out of the ordinary

The event involved linking cinemas in Oslo, Stockholm and Helsinki, with each guest receiving an invitation in the form of a classic cinema ticket. The organisers then broadcast live from the studio in Stockholm to the various cinemas where the participants were physically gathered. The theme of the event was film & super-heroes. As the digital posters in the foyers of the cinemas were branded with their own material, visitors were greeted by images of the presenters dressed as superheroes. Once in the cinemas, all guests were treated to soft drinks and popcorn. In the entrance hall we had also set up a photo wall in front of which they could be photographed together with their colleagues.

Inspiring and interesting focus on content

In the studio on Västmannagatan, the moderators had been preparing since early morning. There were representatives from Norway, Sweden and Finland. The live broadcast included a mix of introductory talks, lectures and pre-recorded material. A popular feature of the programme was the speaker Julien Bourrelle who was present in the studio. He lectures on cultural differences and how they affect communication both at work and in society. The aim is to help companies take advantage of the diversity in their organisations. The event ended with a Q&A session followed by dinner at each venue.

It has been inspiring to work on this project and to be part of creating such a great hub meeting. There's something really special about connecting so many people across the Nordic region. We thank you for a great collaboration and hope to welcome both Koncept & Event and Enento back in the future.
