This past Tuesday, we proudly inaugurated AVEVA World, extending a welcome to 3,000 international attendees. Our commission encompassed the design and deployment of two complete stage configurations and a substantial innovation exhibition, meticulously fabricated with the beMatrix system. Nevertheless, the project's trajectory was nearly altered significantly…
On Friday morning, 18 hours prior to loading, we received notification that our local partner warehouse in Paris had been inundated with 1.5 meters of water following a storm. Consequently, the materials we had prepared and stored locally became inaccessible.

Thanks to our robust Adapt team, our dedicated local beMatrix partner, and our extensive beMatrix network, we were able to rapidly mobilize and procure new materials from multiple European locations. We expedited the shipment of 500 beMatrix frames, printed media, and LED screens, commencing construction at 06:00 on Saturday. By 07:00 on Tuesday, the doors opened as scheduled.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all our partners and employees for their exceptional efforts – collectively, we have demonstrated the power of collaboration and enduring partnerships!
Project Highlights:
- The main stage solution is constructed around a 24×7 m (168 m2) 2.5 mm beMatrix LEDskin LED screen, controlled by two Barco e2 Eventmaster units.
- The innovation expo comprises 7 exhibitor zones. It is entirely designed using beMatrix, incorporating over 500 frames in various configurations. These zones also feature approximately 60 m2 of integrated LED surfaces utilizing beMatrix's new 1.5 mm LEDskin, alongside more than 70 screens of varying dimensions.
