Last weekend, we partnered with our client Ordna Event Agency to host the annual Nordic Coffee Fest— the world’s most sustainable coffee festival!
Our role as a production partner has been to provide audio, lighting, and visual technology, infrastructure, and exhibition stand construction, as well as exhibitor services. This year, the event was held at Bananpiren in Gothenburg and attracted over 3,000 visitors and 64 exhibitors—a new record!
Ahead of this year’s festival, we developed a brand-new energy monitoring system so that electricity consumption during the event could be tracked separately for the production team and each exhibitor. The total electricity consumption for the entire event was displayed in real time on screens throughout the venue.
