Capgemini has continuously refined its onboarding process and has now taken it a step further; instead of a traditional onboarding program, they have created a digital talk show, “Be Inspired the Show,” which is produced in collaboration with us at our Gothia Studio in Gothenburg.
The six-hour events feature inspiring talks, panel discussions, interactive quizzes, and fun activities led by employees from around the world. Capgemini’s onboarding events have garnered attention at the world’s largest Employer Branding & Onboarding event—Onboard Amsterdam—where they were nominated for their innovative program.
