As the technical partner to Fotografiska, our mission is to make it as straightforward, innovative, and sustainable as possible for those wishing to host a major event within the premises. We assist you throughout the entire process – from 3D design of your event at Fotografiska to technical planning and execution with the appropriate equipment and experienced technicians.

When required, we supplement the existing equipment within the venue with additional equipment and personnel. Furthermore, we maintain a base of pre-installed equipment on-site that can be readily utilized to enhance the impact of your event.

The Annie Event Venue with 180-degree Projection

Annie is Fotografiska's largest and most dynamic event space – designed to amplify the experience with a powerful audiovisual framework. It even offers the capability to drive a vehicle – or multiple vehicles – directly into the venue.

The room is equipped with a permanent Watchout system featuring eight projectors that collectively create a 55-meter-long projection spanning three walls from floor to ceiling. This expansive image surface, exceeding 200 square meters, enables a complete transformation of the room's ambiance, crafting an immersive environment for your event. With a single press of a button, the venue can be transformed into anything from a Caribbean beach to snow-capped Alpine peaks – or a fully brand-customized environment.

Combine physical and digital events in the hybrid studio

The Annie venue also features our pre-installed hybrid studio. With our hybrid studio concept, we can create up to four distinct studio environments within the same space, allowing for seamless transitions during broadcasts. This hybrid studio can function both as a large-scale studio for digital transmissions and as a hybrid solution facilitating interaction between physical attendees and a digital audience.

The venue is fully equipped with the audio, lighting, video, and camera equipment essential for executing a professional event. The studio is framed by an expansive projection system that spans three walls of the room. Utilizing this 55-meter-long display surface, you can project images, presentations, and films across the entire space, thereby creating a unique immersive environment for both attendees and viewers.

The hybrid studio can also be interconnected with other studios, venues, or your own offices, serving as the central hub for a larger multi-location meeting.
