With its 41,000 square meters of experience areas, 1,200 hotel rooms, and 5 restaurants, Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers is Northern Europe's largest fully integrated meeting venue. Since 2016, Adapt has been a partner to the facility, and we are currently responsible for designing and producing technical and practical solutions for large events, conferences, and custom-designed exhibition stands.

Events, congresses, and custom-designed exhibition stands

In collaboration with the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre Gothia Towers, we deliver comprehensive solutions for events, congresses, and trade fairs of all scales. Our mission is to create technically robust, visually impactful, and meticulously coordinated productions, ensuring organizers and exhibitors are provided with the optimal conditions for success.

We present the solutions we design to you in 3D, enabling all stakeholders to visualize the project's final appearance in advance.

Physical, digital, and hybrid events

We design, produce, and deliver innovative solutions for events, conferences, and product launches – whether they are physical, digital, or hybrid. Utilizing appropriate AV equipment and experienced teams, we create solutions that engage both on-site audiences and remote participants.

As a partner to Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers, we possess in-depth knowledge of the venues, infrastructure, and technical specifications. This enables us to swiftly and reliably design and customize diverse solutions tailored to our clients' requirements.

Adapt maintains all necessary resources in-house – including audio, lighting, and video equipment, production materials, and personnel for design, planning, and execution.

Gothia Studio for digital events

Gothia Studio is a professional and flexible studio for digital and hybrid events, located in the heart of Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers. Here, we create stable, high-quality broadcasts for conferences, presentations, panel discussions, and internal or external events.

The studio is equipped with modern video, audio, and lighting equipment and staffed by experienced technicians who guide you through the entire production. Whether your event is fully digital or combines an on-site audience with remote participants, we ensure a secure and seamless execution where the equipment operates flawlessly.

For our clients, this signifies an efficient solution that is straightforward to plan, easy to scale, and tailored to both content and target audience.

As we operate directly within Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers' internal systems, you are relieved from the concern of booking ancillary services such as rigging points, electricity, or transportation. We manage these details in the background, allowing you to focus entirely on content, engagements, and the overall experience. Simple, isn't it?

Brief

We schedule a meeting to review your project, objectives, expectations, and desired budget.

Design

Based on the gathered information, we design a solution and present it to you in 3D.

Production

We plan the project down to the finest detail, arranging logistics, infrastructure, equipment, personnel, and managing artwork for printed materials.

Delivery

We deliver, produce, and execute on-site with a reliable and steady hand. Following project completion, we conduct a joint follow-up.

From brief to completed project

When designing your project, we consistently base our approach on your brand, objectives, and desired budget. From this foundation, we develop a concept for your event or exhibition that is visually compelling, practical, technically sound, and commercially viable.

Through floor plans and 3D visualizations, you can preview the entire setup early in the process, prior to construction. This facilitates internal stakeholder buy-in, instills confidence in decision-making for all involved parties, and simplifies the adjustment of details before production commences.

Our 3D visualizations can be rendered as images, video clips, or interactive 3D environments that can be navigated – much like a video game.
