With its 41,000 square meters of experience areas, 1,200 hotel rooms, and 5 restaurants, Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers is Northern Europe's largest fully integrated meeting venue. Since 2016, Adapt has been a partner to the facility, and we are currently responsible for designing and producing technical and practical solutions for large events, conferences, and custom-designed exhibition stands.

Gothia Studio for digital events

Gothia Studio is a professional and flexible studio for digital and hybrid events, located in the heart of Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers. Here, we create stable, high-quality broadcasts for conferences, presentations, panel discussions, and internal or external events.

The studio is equipped with modern video, audio, and lighting equipment and staffed by experienced technicians who guide you through the entire production. Whether your event is fully digital or combines an on-site audience with remote participants, we ensure a secure and seamless execution where the equipment operates flawlessly.

From brief to completed project

When designing your project, we consistently base our approach on your brand, objectives, and desired budget. From this foundation, we develop a concept for your event or exhibition that is visually compelling, practical, technically sound, and commercially viable.

Through floor plans and 3D visualizations, you can preview the entire setup early in the process, prior to construction. This facilitates internal stakeholder buy-in, instills confidence in decision-making for all involved parties, and simplifies the adjustment of details before production commences.

Our 3D visualizations can be rendered as images, video clips, or interactive 3D environments that can be navigated – much like a video game.
