With a local office and 24/7 access, we streamline the process for anyone planning an event or constructing an exhibition stand at Stockholmsmässan.

AV equipment for Events and Exhibition Stands

In collaboration with Stockholmsmässan's team, we design, produce, and deliver AV equipment for your project at the facility – encompassing both events and exhibition stands.

We guide you through the entire process, ensuring a seamless, secure, and professional execution with the appropriate equipment and experienced personnel.

Our extensive range of equipment includes sound systems, video equipment and video mixer systems, LED screens, and, naturally, technicians for planning, construction, and execution.

As an in-house partner, we are also responsible for the fixed AV equipment and the technicians included when you rent Stockholmsmässan's halls.

Adapt maintains a dedicated production team stationed at Stockholmsmässan with 24/7 access to the facility. From our local equipment warehouse on-site, we can implement additions and adjustments swiftly and efficiently.

When you book technical solutions through us, we can typically install the equipment before your move-in day at no additional cost. This ensures everything is prepared upon your arrival at the venue – thereby reducing stress, fostering confidence, and providing flexibility for adjustments should plans evolve.

As we operate directly within Stockholmsmässan's internal systems, you are relieved from the concern of booking ancillary services such as rigging points, electricity, or transportation. Floor Plans and 3D Visualizations

Stockholmsmässan offers 78 inspiring and flexible venues that can be adapted for all types of meetings, congresses, and events. To ensure planning is as straightforward and precise as possible, Adapt has 3D-scanned all venues and gladly assists in designing and visualizing solutions using our 3D tools early in the process.

The 3D scanning is a practical tool for those who wish to conduct a digital site visit or are planning a project at the facility. Within the visualization tool, you can navigate freely through the venues, measure distances with high precision, and gain a clear understanding of spaces, flows, and possibilities – which fosters confidence, consensus, and improved decision-making support prior to execution.

Victoria Hall at Stockholmsmässan

Victoria Hall is an ideal venue for grand conferences, product launches, and concerts. It has hosted numerous international productions and has a capacity for up to 2,000 attendees.

The venue is cost-effective to utilize due to its integrated, advanced audio, lighting, and video equipment. Adapt has, among other installations, implemented a high-resolution LED wall measuring 18 x 5 meters, which provides a strong visual presence and extensive creative freedom.

The retractable grandstands render Victoria Hall exceptionally flexible – for instance, accommodating seated conferences during the day, which can seamlessly transform into a gala dinner or concert in the evening.
