Adapt continues to attract new talent and expertise

Staff at Adapt

We are growing and evolving! Over the past year, we have welcomed more than 20 new employees. Today, we are approximately 60 colleagues who are experts in event production, exhibition stands, streaming studios, and the installation and rental of equipment. We are particularly proud to have attracted so many female colleagues, a total of 18, who have chosen to work with us in an industry that traditionally faces challenges in recruiting women.

– We are incredibly pleased that so many talented individuals with strong competencies have sought out Adapt and wish to work with us. It is our staff who drive development forward and enable us to assist our clients in executing all types of projects, says Viking Grandin, CEO and co-founder of Adapt.

Investing in organization, personnel, and expertise.

Naturally, there are several reasons why Adapt is growing and developing, but one of the key factors is the internal investments we have made in our organization and personnel over recent years.

To enhance our service offering, we are heavily invested in recruiting diverse personalities, skill sets, and experiences to introduce new talent and perspectives. As Adapt is not a conventional equipment company, there are various roles within the organization that are not solely technical, but rather focused on areas such as project management, leadership, and creativity.

Within Adapt, there are also ample opportunities to acquire new knowledge and continuously foster professional development.

Internal Development and Training

At Adapt, we cultivate a well-established corporate culture of continuous learning, both through peer interaction and internal training programs. This means that employees do not necessarily require prior technical competence or background, as they can acquire skills on-site. Consequently, we ensure that our employees have the opportunity to develop in multiple ways and across various roles.

Employees at Adapt
Adapt strives to be an equitable organization within a traditionally male-dominated industry. Currently, approximately 30% of our colleagues are women.

Equitable and Flexible Organization

It is our ambition to be an equitable workplace. Therefore, we aim for an even distribution of female and male employees, ensuring everyone has equal terms and opportunities for development. Adapt also offers a flexible and agile organizational structure where employees manage their own time and choose their work location, naturally considering clients, colleagues, and project requirements. This approach enables us to be a workplace for everyone, regardless of their life situation.

A Secure and Stable Company

We are proud to have been a steadfast presence in the industry for over 20 years, consistently maintaining stability through multiple crises and challenging periods. A testament to our positive environment is that several colleagues who previously worked at Adapt have chosen to return to us. We are, quite simply, a secure choice for both employees and clients.

– For our clients, all of this means they gain access to even stronger expertise, including enhanced creativity, superior project management, and deeper technical knowledge. It also means that we simply have more personnel available to help realize their projects, says Viking.
