As a Technical Project Manager at Adapt, you will hold a critical role, responsible for planning the technical and practical aspects of our projects and ensuring their seamless on-site execution and delivery. You will maintain close communication with the client-responsible project manager, collaboratively guiding the client through the entire project lifecycle.
Leveraging the quotation you generate, you will collaborate with your project team to develop concepts and technical solutions for projects, which you will then lead and execute. Your responsibilities include managing drawings, technical specifications, and coordinating the booking of equipment, personnel, and project timelines. Your team will consist of a client-responsible salesperson, technical specialists, warehouse and logistics staff, and design and decor functions. Furthermore, your mandate includes communication and coordination with all other project suppliers, personnel, and the client.
You will serve as the practical implementer, ensuring that all our productions are meticulously planned, constructed, executed, and dismantled in a secure and efficient manner. This role encompasses both physical and digital productions.
