AVEVA selects Adapt as production partner for AVEVA World 2026, a global flagship event in Milan

AVEVA has appointed Adapt as its production partner for AVEVA World 2026, the company’s flagship global customer event, to be held at MiCo Arena in Milan in mid-May. The event will bring together more than 5,000 customers, partners and industry leaders from across the world for four intensive days of networking, inspiration and knowledge sharing.

The program includes internationally renowned keynote speakers, more than 250 breakout sessions, a large-scale Innovation Zone exhibition showcasing AVEVA and its partner ecosystem, as well as the evening event After Dark, a social outdoor experience featuring food, networking and live performances on a large open-air stage.

Adapt was selected in strong international competition with leading global production companies and agencies. The assignment includes full concept development, technical production, exhibition and booth construction, scenic and decorative elements, print and branding, as well as complete staffing across all areas at MiCo Arena. The project represents a complex production and engages all of Adapt’s core competencies.

Jane Pettman, VP Events at AVEVA, comments on the decision: “Adapt impressed us with a strong proposal for MiCo Arena, combining creative ideas, practical solutions, and an experienced team. Having partnered successfully in Paris 2024, we’re confident in their ability to deliver at the highest level in Milan and excited to work with them again.”

“We are incredibly proud to have been entrusted with this assignment,” says Viking Grandin, CEO at Adapt. “It is especially exciting to bring all of our combined expertise in project management, design, technology, signage and exhibition production to Milan to deliver such a large and complex international project. Thanks to our global AV Alliance and beMatrix networks, we are able to execute the production in a highly efficient and environmentally responsible way – without compromising on quality or creativity.”
