We have recently commenced utilizing our new beMatrix 1.5 mm LED screen and frequently encounter the question: when is such a high-resolution display truly necessary?
-Is it required as a stage backdrop, where the audience is seated several meters away?
Not necessarily. In such instances, a lower-resolution screen often performs just as effectively, as the human eye cannot discern the same level of detail from a distance.
-Does it replace an 85″ screen when you are in close proximity and wish to display detailed graphics, but do not require a larger display area?
Even in this scenario, an LED screen may not be the optimal choice if the dimensions of a standard display already fulfill your requirements.
So, when does a high-resolution LED screen truly demonstrate its full potential?
A prime example is the project we recently executed for AVEVA in Paris. At several demonstration stations, exhibitors required the capability to display intricate graphics and sharp text on large screen surfaces, enabling visitors in close proximity to easily absorb the information. We utilized beMatrix LEDskin 1.5 mm to construct screens of various sizes and aspect ratios, such as 16:9 and 3:1, showcasing the content effectively in full daylight. It is within such contexts that high-resolution LED screens truly demonstrate their superior performance.
The beMatrix LEDskin 1.5 mm screen is the optimal choice when you aim to:
- Display detailed graphics and text across expansive areas
- Construct screens of any size and in unique formats
- Present content with high contrast and vibrant colors, even in daylight conditions
- Seamlessly and effortlessly integrate the screen into a wall construction or framework
