Fair for innovative companies during EU meeting at Scandinavian XPO
For Sweden's inaugural EU meetings at Scandinavian XPO 2023, Adapt helped the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise build and produce a showcase for our most innovative companies within environmental transformation.
The fair was set up at Scandinavian XPO, the venue for Sweden's EU Presidency. For three days, Sweden's most innovative companies in the field of green transformation presented themselves to EU ministers in the fields of market, industry and research, at the invitation of Minister for Energy and Economic Affairs Ebba Busch and Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Johan Forssell.
Adapt's role was to design the layout of the fair and the premises, coordinate the exhibitors and to be responsible for the construction, implementation and dismantling of the fair. We were also responsible for the logistics and transport of the exhibitors' materials.
