Stands with digital integration where lemons symbolised the new, fresh and simple

In this stand with digital integration, simplicity and freshness were the focus. The aim was to showcase the new Walley digital payment solution. The theme of the stand was the lovely concept of Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy. It would symbolise the new, fresh and easy way to pay - with an app you download to your phone.

We at Adapt were commissioned by Collector to design and build a stand for their participation at D-Congress 2021. The stand was a collaboration and together we planned, designed and built a stand with digital integration. The aim was to showcase their new and seamless payment solution Walley. The theme of the stand was simplicity, freshness and joy. Therefore, we started from their concept Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy which would symbolize the simplicity with a digital payment solution directly via mobile. As easy as squeezing a lemon!

The stand became a pergola with lemons

The stand was designed and built as a pergola because we wanted to create a feeling of openness and free flow. Therefore, it was important that the stand had neither walls nor bulky corners that could cause confinement. It was also decorated with green leaves and lemons to tie the Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy concept together. In the middle of the stand, the client also built a lovely juice bar with fruits and smoothies of all kinds.

Thoughtful placement to increase interest

When we plan, design and build, we always take the big picture into account. That's why we also make sure that you as a customer get the most out of your participation at the fair. In this case, for example, we made sure that the logo was placed high up and on several sides of the stand. This was because it had to be visible from all sides of the exhibition hall.

In this case, the logo was placed at the top of the stand to simply be visible from a distance in the exhibition hall.

Choose what the displays show

We also used screens and created a stand with digital integration. On the screens, the client displayed information and images related to the concept and the product. One of the screens was placed at eye level and facing the aisle. This was to create interest in the stand and attract visitors. The other was placed in the centre of the stand. Instead, it showed information about the payment solution and how it worked. The great thing about building a stand with digital integration such as displays is that you can easily and seamlessly select and change what they show. You can also change the information during the day. The whole day of the fair ended with an after work for participants and visitors to the stand. There was also a DJ on hand to provide the entertainment.

On the wall of the stand was a large screen showing information about both the payment service and what was going to happen during the day.

We build the showcases of the future

It's an exciting time ahead and there's so much going on right now with stands and what a stand can be. From being just an exhibition space in a showroom, the stands we build today are flexible and versatile. The vast majority of people want to be able to interact with their stands and therefore the demand for stands with digital integration is high. For example, we can connect your stand to your mobile devices so that you can easily and seamlessly display information, images and videos in your stand. You can also interact with attendees remotely and perhaps even have virtual visitors. We are ready to build your stand and help you turn your vision and ideas into reality. Welcome to join us to build your physical, digital or hybrid venue, stand or exhibition.
