Adapt and the world comes together around one of the most important issues of our time

More than 10,000 participants from 192 countries, in person in Stockholm and online from around the world.

During World Water Week 2026, Stockholm will once again be at the center of one of the world’s most important discussions. At the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Center, decision-makers, researchers, businesses, organizations, and change leaders will gather to address some of our planet’s greatest water challenges.

For the third time, Adapt has been entrusted by SIWI to provide the comprehensive technical production services that make this large-scale hybrid event possible.

  • About the Project
  • Client: SIWI
  • Event: World Water Week 2026
  • Location: Stockholm Waterfront Congress Center
  • Participants: Over 10,000 from 192 countries
  • Adapt's Assignment: Comprehensive Technical Production for an International Hybrid Event

A global conversation—across multiple spaces and channels

World Water Week is held both in person and online. Speakers and participants join from different parts of the world, which places high demands on equipment, planning, and coordination.

The event consists of a large Keynote Stage, a live Talk Show Stage, and six breakout rooms that are broadcast live simultaneously. All broadcasts are distributed through the Trippus event platform.

The challenge isn't just managing multiple stages and broadcasts at the same time. Every call must work seamlessly, whether the speaker is on stage in Stockholm or joining remotely from the other side of the world.

A Comprehensive Technical Production

Adapt is responsible for the entire technical production. The assignment includes project management, producers, and show callers, as well as all technical staff and equipment.

Behind every program item is a team that ensures speakers, the audience, and the content are brought together in a safe and professional manner. Audio, video, lighting, streaming, and digital connections must function as a cohesive whole.

This requires careful preparation, clear communication, and a team that can act quickly when conditions change.

equipment that puts the content front and center

The best technical production is barely noticeable. It gives speakers a sense of security, creates a sense of presence for the audience, and enables more people to participate—no matter where in the world they are.

We are incredibly proud to once again be part of a forum that truly makes a difference. A big thank you to our fantastic team on site and to SIWI for their continued trust.
