New Faces at Adapt

As one of the few companies in the event and meeting industry, Adapt has managed to recruit new staff and expand even during the pandemic. This rapid growth continues with a total of eleven new and returning professionals joining the team.

We are reinforcing our staffing in anticipation of the return of both live events and exhibitions, states Victor Lagersten, Operations Manager at Adapt Event and Expo. Demand across the board is steadily increasing, while our streaming studios are operating at full capacity. The talented individuals joining us now represent a significant enhancement to our already robust team.

Beyond the eleven new hires, recruitment efforts are ongoing; Adapt is actively seeking additional reinforcements such as project managers, designers, and technical personnel.

Those who commenced their roles after the summer are, from left to right:

Filip Möllergren, Client Account Project Manager, joined in August, previously with Onemotion IMC AB. Gustav Johnsson, Client Account Sales Manager for Expo Stockholm, previously with LM Inredning. Linda Hultin also started in September as Art Director, having previously worked as a freelancer. Petter Söderby, Technical Project Manager, has managed the event agency Dos Amigos for the past five years. Jörgen Svedberg, Communications Manager, comes from freelance work. Claudia Sakovic Garripoli, Client Account Sales Manager for Expo Gothenburg, previously with Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers. Jonas Möller, Rental Manager, has most recently operated his own business. Jan Carlsson, Technical Project Manager, previously worked at Focus Electronic. Nicklas Johansson, Production Manager for Expo, returned to Adapt in October after several years in the agency sector. Linnéa Westin, Coordinator, joins Adapt International, previously from the hotel industry. And last but not least, Petri Mustanoja, IT and Systems Manager, who served as a consultant for Adapt but is now, finally, a permanent team member.
