World Water Week convened global stakeholders on climate and water

Last week, we facilitated the World Water Week for the second time at Waterfront in Stockholm – the world's leading conference on global water issues, held annually since 1991. This year, the conference gathered 13,000 participants from 188 countries, both on-site in Stockholm and digitally worldwide.

Adapt was entrusted with designing and delivering equipment and solutions for eight hybrid stages accommodating both physical and digital speakers. The hundreds of sessions were livestreamed to a global audience, thus enabling the conference's theme, Water for Climate, to reach participants regardless of their global location.

Over five intensive days, ideas and solutions concerning water, climate, and sustainability were shared by policymakers, business leaders, researchers, NGOs, students, and representatives of indigenous peoples.

The message was clear: water is not only central to the climate issue – it is the foundation for a just and sustainable future.

We extend our sincere gratitude to SIWI and all collaborating partners for their confidence – we are proud to contribute to such a vital forum that convenes the world around the most significant water-related challenges.
