A warm welcome to Adapt!
We are currently seeking two carpenters/skilled tradespersons with an interest in equipment, one for our Gothenburg team and one for Stockholm. As a carpenter/skilled tradesperson at Adapt, your primary responsibility, in collaboration with your team, will be to construct and install stage sets, exhibition stands, and technical solutions for audio, lighting, video, and motion graphics, on behalf of our clients.

Constructing Solutions for Events and Trade Fairs
At Adapt, our mission is to realize our clients' visions and requirements for events, trade fairs, and exhibitions. It is therefore essential that you can interpret and construct based on basic technical drawings, and that you possess both practical skill and meticulous attention to detail. This is crucial as we consistently strive to deliver aesthetically superior solutions, which necessitates stringent standards for our constructions. To succeed, you must demonstrate proficiency as a skilled tradesperson while also performing technical installations. Daily tasks will encompass a range of activities, from plastering, painting, and installing wall panels to mounting lighting fixtures, TV screens, routing cables, and constructing and configuring LED screens.
Nationwide Operations
As a carpenter at Adapt, flexibility is essential, as the role involves significant travel. While you will be based at our Gothenburg or Stockholm office, our operational scope extends across Sweden, and occasionally globally. Consequently, you may be required to travel to various locations, sometimes at short notice, and then to another destination the following week. During project phases, you will work intensively, which may entail extended hours and irregular schedules.

Our On-site Representative
This position involves extensive client interaction. When deployed on assignments, you will serve as one of Adapt's on-site representatives, thereby working in close collaboration with our clients. It is therefore crucial that you are solution-oriented, service-minded, collaborative, and consistently maintain a professional demeanor.
A Class B driving license is a mandatory requirement. Experience in exhibition stand construction using frame systems, specifically the beMatrix system that we utilize, is considered advantageous.
This is a full-time position. Your work will be autonomous and independent, with a base in either Gothenburg or Stockholm. Furthermore, we require your immediate availability.
