Byggmax CEO communicated with his employees via a live broadcast in our studio

When Byggmax held a live broadcast for its employees, its audience was scattered in different locations around the country. Employees were therefore able to follow the event digitally and access the content via a standard web browser. Could it be any more simple, effective and informative?

Byggmax conducted a live digital broadcast in cooperation with the communications agency Friends and Stories. The venue for the digital event was our Studio Adapt Large in Stockholm and consisted of a full hour of live broadcasting. Byggmax is a DIY chain with 100 stores in Sweden. The digital audience was thus made up of Byggmax employees. This was because the live broadcast was aimed at employees who were also in different locations around the country.

Live event with digital Q&A

The content of this live broadcast consisted of information and it was mainly Byggmax's CEO Mattias Ankarberg who spoke. In the studio, he went through the year's figures and budget as well as their vision for the future. This was followed by a 30-minute Q&A session where employees could ask questions via a chat and receive answers directly from the studio.

Branded studio gave a professional impression

When you conduct a live broadcast, you reach out with the same information to all your participants at the same time. In this case, Byggmax had chosen to brand the studio they were in to tie the content to their brand in a clear way. They had paid close attention to detail so that everything in the studio was consistent and therefore gave a professional impression. The large LED screen therefore showed an image of the Byggmax department store as the background in the studio. Our graphic designer also helped to brand the moderator's desk with the Byggmax logo.

High digital quality without delays

Implementing a digital transmission in studio is a simple, effective and informative way to get your content out there. It means, among other things, better sound and images without delays. In this case, it was also two-way communication which meant that participants had the opportunity to interact with the studio via a chat. This allowed them to ask questions and at the same time receive answers directly during the live broadcast. In summary, the result was a live broadcast with a nice framing and high digital quality without any delays.
