H&M held a kickoff with physical participants and live broadcast in the studios at Fotografiska
When H&M held a kickoff, they had both physical participants and digital viewers. Participants on site enjoyed speakers and mingling in the studios at Fotografiska in Stockholm. At the same time, remote participants could both watch the broadcast and listen to the lectures via a regular web browser.
H&M conducted a kickoff in the studios Annie and Ellen at Fotografiska in Stockholm. This kickoff was for employees and the content was therefore mostly about their own brand and how they can develop their work.
Many participants
There were many physical participants at this event. Therefore, they chose to split into two rooms and both studio Annie and studio Ellen were full of happy and excited H&M employees.
Branded the studios digitally
The speakers thus had to switch between venues and give their lectures twice, first in Annie and then in Ellen. In both rooms there was a stage and they could also show their presentations digitally on the big screens behind. The two studios were also digitally branded with the H&M graphic profile projected on the led walls around the rooms. This corporate kickoff featured both external and internal speakers, a panel discussion, a small workshop for participants and then mingling.
Simple and effective solutions
The whole event live streams to participants who could not attend in person. Instead, they could follow the kick-off and access the content directly via a standard web browser. Despite a turbulent environment where participants are not always able to be present, there are simple and effective solutions. With a digital broadcast or livestream, you can still reach an unlimited number of viewers around the world with your content.
