Preparations have begun—AVEVAWORLD is coming to Nashville. And so are we!
We are both proud and delighted to have once again been selected as the comprehensive production partner for AVEVAWORLD. In May 2027, the event will move to the Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee, where Adapt will design, plan, deliver, and manage production across all event areas. Following events in Gothenburg, Amsterdam, Paris, and Milan, we look forward to continuing our excellent collaboration with AVEVA’s Global Events Team—this time on the other side of the Atlantic.
An event with more than 4,000 participants
AVEVAWORLD brings together over 4,000 participants from around the world. The production spans multiple environments with varying content, formats, and technical requirements:
- A large keynote stage for the entire audience
- An Innovation Zone with over 100 booths and interactive activities
- 20 breakout rooms and meeting rooms
- An Executive Summit
- Several spaces for meetings and conversations
- The AFTER DARK Evening Event
All elements must function both individually and as a cohesive experience. Visitors should be able to move naturally through the event, while content, equipment, logistics, and production work together behind the scenes.
First site visit in Nashville
Last week, we met with the team in Nashville for the project’s first site visit. Together, we explored the Music City Center, toured the event spaces, and began mapping out how the various areas could be used.
We also had the chance to discover some of the city’s many hidden gems, which proved invaluable as we sought to create a well-rounded experience in a city where music and live culture are always present.
We are now continuing to work with AVEVA’s Global Events Team, their logistics partner, and our local production partners to bring these plans to fruition.
Next step: a digital twin of the arena
The next step is to conduct a complete 3D scan of Music City Center. The scan will serve as the foundation for our detailed design process and will be used to create a digital twin of the event venue.
In the digital model, everyone involved can explore the venue, review solutions, and develop the event together, long before the first guest arrives.
Stages, booths, equipment, meeting spaces, and visitor flows can be planned to the correct scale and within their actual context. This creates a shared vision of the project, simplifies decision-making, and helps us identify challenges early on.
A big thank you to AVEVA for its continued trust—and to all our colleagues and partners on both sides of the Atlantic.
Nashville, here we come!
