After 10 months of planning, we held AVEVA World in Milan last week—the largest AVEVA World ever. And what a fantastic event it turned out to be!
Together with AVEVA’s event and content team, we designed, planned, and delivered the entire production at the Allianz MiCo Arena:equipment, branding, signage, booths, furniture, decor, plants, LED screens, stages, staff, and all the infrastructure needed to set up and execute an international flagship event for 4,000 guests from around the world.
The event included, among other things:
A keynote hall for 3,000 attendees
18 breakout scenes
An Innovation Zone with 90 booths
A major outdoor event featuring live performances, including one by Roxette
Complete venue branding and wayfinding for the entire facility
AVEVA World was set up over three intense days, running from Monday through Thursday last week—and was then dismantled in just 24 hours.
A total of 20 trailers carrying equipment were used to fill the arena with materials, which were handled by over 150 people on site. All structures were created using our beMatrix system, in which over 3,000 frames were covered with more than 6,000 m² of printed graphics.
We are incredibly proud to have served as production managers for this project. In terms of scope, it is one of Adapt’s largest projects in history. But what makes this project extra special is that we’ve been able to utilize our full range of expertise in design, 3D visualization, equipment, exhibitions, branding, print, and project management in close collaboration with AVEVA’s content team. When production, equipment content work together seamlessly, the result is something truly special.
The project was made possible thanks to a close and fantastic collaboration with our invaluable beMatrix partner, ABS Group in Italy—a partnership that truly demonstrates the power of combining our own resources with those of strong local partners.
A heartfelt and sincere thank you to everyone involved in the project—no one left out, and above all to AVEVA for their trust and the wonderful collaboration throughout the project.
This week, we’ve continued our ambitious project to 3D-scan all of the world’s event and exhibition venues. Our expert, Isak , just returned from Chicago, where he 3D-scanned parts of the well-known McCormick Place for one of our clients.
Today, 3D scanning has become an integral part of how we at Adapt plan our projects. By creating digital twins of venues, we can operate faster, smarter, and with a level of detail that significantly impacts project execution even before on-site presence. This provides us and our clients with a clear, shared vision from the outset (and significantly fewer surprises on-site).
Our 3D scans provide an exact digital twin that allows us to navigate, extract precise measurements, and analyze from all angles. We can also generate a complete point cloud of the entire facility, which we utilize in our 3D tools to create realistic visualizations in advance. Click the link in the comments and experience it yourself!
The result is well-designed solutions, assurance for all project stakeholders, and more efficient productions. While we may not manage to 3D scan every venue worldwide, we are methodically working through the list with great dedication! A big thank you to our clients and our team for their trust. The next destination awaits.
Comments Off on 23 Unique Stand Solutions for D-Congress
D-Congress is currently underway – Northern Europe's leading retail event, held at Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers in Gothenburg. Over two intensive days, more than 4,000 participants gather to network, share insights, and discuss the future of e-commerce.
Over the past few weeks, Adapt's team has worked intensively to design and deliver a total of 23 stand solutions for our clients. The stands are constructed using our reusable beMatrix exhibition system, and many incorporate integrated LED screens, interactive elements, and graphic designs that truly stand out in the exhibition hall.
D-Congress is always a particularly enjoyable event to work on, as the stands are highly creative and digital, with equipment being an integral part of the experience. It also serves as a perfect example of the flexibility of the beMatrix system – where the same core components can be configured in numerous ways to create entirely unique expressions for each exhibitor.

This Wednesday and Thursday, you can find us at the Möten & Event fair in Kista – where the event industry gathers for two intensive days.
Visit our LED tower and discuss event and exhibition production with us – from initial concept and 3D visualization to final on-site delivery. We will demonstrate our approach to 3D scanning and digital twins to achieve millimeter precision, clear audience flows, and a unified vision long before any physical construction begins.
You will also have the opportunity to meet our teams specializing in permanent installations and equipment rental. And yes – we will also be unveiling some truly exciting new developments…
Comments Off on Content, meetings, and equipment converged for future business
Over 1,000 attendees convened at the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre as Arrow Electronics presented its flagship event, "5 Years Out" – a day dedicated to equipment, innovation, and the future of business.
In collaboration with the agency Telegraf, we managed the technical and operational production, encompassing everything from scenography and AV equipment to booth construction and exhibitor support. The project commenced with 3D scanning of the venues and comprehensive visualizations to establish optimal workflows, precise proportions, and a unified objective well in advance of physical setup.
The agenda featured keynotes from industry leaders such as IBM, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell Technologies, and Symantec, complemented by breakout sessions, panel discussions, and an exhibition showcasing over 30 premier suppliers. This constituted a comprehensive experience where content, interactions, and equipment seamlessly integrated throughout the event.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Arrow and Telegraf for their trust and the exceptional collaboration. It is consistently rewarding to facilitate new engagement platforms for such a dedicated and numerous audience.
