Valtech created a podcast studio in the booth and broadcast live from the D-Congress fair
When Valtech attended D-Congress 2022, they wanted to do something new and different while talking about current topics in e-commerce. Together we created a podcast studio booth so they could broadcast their own Valtech Café podcast live from the show.
This time created Valtech one's own go up at D-Congress 2022. They wanted to do something new and different while creating value for visitors. Together with the client, we decided that they should link the stand to their own podcast Valtech Café, a podcast where they continuously address and discuss interesting topics and current issues related to e-commerce. That's why we built a podcast studio so that they could simply livestreama his podcast live from the fair.
Podcast studio for talks on e-commerce
The result was a stylish stand made entirely of glass and framed with black edges. During the day, they invited various guests to the podcast studio for conversation and discussion. These were mostly other participants and exhibitors at the show who were there to talk about their areas of expertise. During the day, the conversations covered several interesting aspects of e-commerce.
Listened with wireless headphones
To listen to the podcast, visitors could borrow a pair of wireless headphones and listen wherever they were in the large exhibition hall. We therefore had an audio engineer on hand to make sure everything was running smoothly with both the audio and the streaming itself. There was also a QR code on top of the stand which took visitors directly to the Valtech podcast page. Outside the podcast studio, we had set up a screen so that their sales representatives could simultaneously present Valtech's services to visitors.
