Key Account Manager – Adapt Event & Expo AB, Stockholm

We are actively seeking a proficient relationship builder with robust business acumen and an extensive network within the event industry to join Adapt Event & Expo AB!

As a Key Account Manager at Adapt, you will hold comprehensive responsibility for your clients – from initial contact through to the successful delivery of each event. You will initiate contact, attract, establish, and cultivate long-term client relationships, and, in collaboration with Adapt's Project Managers, ensure that event projects are executed to the highest quality standards globally.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong and established network within the event industry. You are business-driven, adept at building relationships, and results-oriented. Personally, you are sociable, trustworthy, and skilled at establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. You are accustomed to taking full ownership of your business activities and demonstrate a structured and meticulous approach to your work.

At Adapt, you will work autonomously and have considerable freedom to influence both business development and the client experience. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment where business acumen, creativity, and relationships are intrinsically linked.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and acquire new clients
  • Develop and manage existing client relationships
  • Manage client dialogue, needs analysis, and quotation processes.
  • Ensure event delivery.
  • Serve as the client's strategic partner and the public face of Adapt.
