Innovation Expo for EU Meeting in Stockholm

EventInternational ProjectExhibition

When the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise organized Sweden's inaugural EU meetings during its EU Presidency, a dedicated exhibition was established for Swedish companies in the green transition to showcase their innovations. The exhibition was held at Scandinavian XPO from March 5–8, 2023, bringing together some of Sweden's leading companies in sustainable equipment.

Over three days, the participating companies had the opportunity to showcase their solutions to EU ministers and key decision-makers across the market, industry, and research sectors. This initiative, a component of Sweden's EU Presidency, was organized at the invitation of Minister for Energy and Business Ebba Busch and Minister for International Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade Johan Forssell.

Adapt was entrusted with the comprehensive planning and production of the entire exhibition, encompassing everything from the initial layout design and exhibitor coordination to booth construction, project execution, and dismantling. The scope of work also included the logistics and transportation of all exhibitor materials to and from the event.

Modular and Reusable Booths

The exhibition was meticulously constructed utilizing Adapt's flexible beMatrix booth system, which facilitated the creation of a cohesive and sustainable exhibition environment for all participating companies. This system enabled swift installation, ensuring that each exhibitor could present their solutions with clarity and professionalism.

Leveraging a meticulously planned layout and streamlined logistics, the exhibition was erected efficiently and operated seamlessly throughout the event. This culminated in a dynamic platform where Swedish companies specializing in green innovation could present their solutions to international decision-makers, thereby contributing to the ongoing discourse on Europe's future energy and industrial systems.
