700 participants gathered in Victoriahallen at Stockholmsmässan when Folktandvården hosted a staff event in conjunction with the Swedental exhibition. Over two intensive days, the program alternated between daytime conferences and evening dinners – demanding high levels of flexibility, pace, and technical precision.

In collaboration with Stockholmsmässan, and commissioned by and in close cooperation with Creative Meetings, we were responsible for the design and execution of the entire technical production. The stage production was built around our impressive 18 × 5 meter LED screen, which offers extensive possibilities for dynamic content. Through comprehensive background visuals, embedded Picture-in-Picture (PiP) windows for presentations, and multi-camera production, a clear and visually impactful experience was created, enhancing both the knowledge-intensive daytime program and the more atmospheric evening segment.

Together with our partner Stockholmsmässan, we delivered a complete audio, lighting, and video production, along with technical staffing, to ensure a secure and seamless execution – from the first presentation to the final evening segment. By combining a flexible venue with well-conceived scenography and a cohesive technical production, Folktandvården was able to create an event that effectively integrated education, meetings, and community in a single environment.

Lighting design, visual content, and stage layout can be dynamically adjusted throughout the day to establish the appropriate ambiance for various program segments.

An experienced technical team ensures the stable operation of sound, visuals, and lighting throughout the event. The technicians are responsible for installation, operation, and support, enabling the organizer to concentrate on content and attendees.
