Studios Annie and Ellen, Fotografiska, Stockholm

When H&M convened its employees for a kickoff event, a physical gathering was combined with a digital broadcast. On-site, the studios at Fotografiska in Stockholm were filled with engaged participants, while employees across the organization could follow the content via livestream.

The kickoff was held in the Annie and Ellen studios, where participants engaged in presentations, panel discussions, and workshops focused on H&M's brand and ongoing development. By combining two fully occupied venues with a digital broadcast, the company was able to unite a large number of employees in a shared experience.

Concurrently, those unable to attend in person could follow the entire event via a straightforward webcast accessible through their web browser. This approach ensured the content reached employees regardless of their geographical location.

Digitally Branded Studios and Livestream

The kickoff generated significant interest, with both studios filled with eager participants. To ensure a consistent experience for all, speakers delivered their presentations in both venues – first in Studio Annie and subsequently in Studio Ellen. Each studio featured a constructed stage where presentations were displayed on large screens behind the speakers, while the rooms were simultaneously digitally branded with H&M's graphic profile projected onto the surrounding walls.

The program featured both internal and external speakers, panel discussions, and interactive segments, concluding with a networking reception. By integrating a physical event with a livestream, H&M successfully created an engaging hybrid meeting, allowing both on-site attendees and digital viewers to access the same content.

A hybrid event integrates a physical gathering with a digital broadcast, enabling participants to engage both on-site and online. For businesses, this facilitates broader content dissemination while preserving the energy and interaction inherent in a physical event. Adapt plans and produces hybrid events where equipment, staging, and streaming are seamlessly integrated to deliver a cohesive experience.

During livestreaming, presentations and programs are filmed with multiple cameras and broadcast in real-time via a digital platform. Participants can then follow the event directly through a web browser, irrespective of their location.
