Throughout the day, about 100 people attended in person, while hundreds more followed the conference online via livestream.
The program consisted of presentations and discussions featuring twelve speakers who shared insights on digitalization, innovation, and the future of the forest industry. Thanks to the hybrid format, participants from across the country and around the world were able to access the content, whether they were present at the venue or following the conference online.
Adapt entrusted with delivering a comprehensive solution for the technical production, including audio, video, lighting, graphics, and live streaming. Thanks to a carefully planned production, both the in-person audience and the digital participants were able to experience the same content in real time.
Hybrid production with live streaming
To create a clear visual presentation, the media server solution WATCHOUT was used, where presentations, graphics, and video were managed centrally during the conference. The solution made it possible to easily switch between different speakers and visual elements throughout the program.
At the same time, a professional live broadcast was produced so that hundreds of digital participants could follow the conference online. By combining stage production, visual solutions, and streaming, a hybrid event was created that provided both the in-person audience and remote participants with an engaging and clear experience.
