When PostNord organized its annual event, PostNord Retail Day, the conference was executed as a digital live broadcast from the hybrid studio at Fotografiska. The event's objective was to inspire and share knowledge with companies in the e-commerce sector through analyses, discussions, and practical tools for the future of digital commerce.

In collaboration with the creative agency Dentsu Creative, Adapt produced a live broadcast featuring over 20 speakers. To introduce variation and dynamism into the production, several distinct stations were established within the studio, facilitating discussions, presentations, and interviews. This arrangement simplified content engagement for viewers while providing the broadcast with a visually diverse and instructive format.

During the approximately 2.5-hour broadcast, analyses and insights concerning the evolution of e-commerce were presented, notably through the unveiling of the annual E-barometer report. The program also featured discussions and dialogues with experts from various companies within the retail and e-commerce sectors.

Livestreamed Hybrid Production

Adapt was responsible for the technical project management and production of the broadcast, encompassing camera equipment, audio, lighting, and streaming. The team also produced graphics and visual elements that were projected onto the studio walls to reinforce the program's various themes and establish a cohesive visual identity throughout the entire production.

The graphic design was based on PostNord's visual profile and adapted to the various segments of the program. The synergy of scenography, graphic display surfaces, and multi-camera production facilitated a professional digital broadcast, seamlessly integrating both presentations and discussions into a clear and engaging format.

The live broadcast was distributed via the event platform Twebcast and was also published on YouTube for on-demand viewing. This digital production enabled PostNord to reach a broad audience within the e-commerce sector, sharing insights and expertise with companies nationwide.
